Jesmond Dene Bridge is another work from my weekly oil painting sessions at The Customs House. The painting shows an old stone bridge within the wooded area of Jesmond Dene. Perched on the centre of the bridge is a woman in a bright blue coat and hat, facing away from the viewer and watching the gently flowing river beneath her.
