Multaka Laing is a digital exhibition developed by volunteers from Multaka North East based on research inspired by paintings and items in the collection at the Laing Art Gallery in Newcastle and other Tyne and Wear Archive and Collections (TWAM) venues.

Exhibition Curation: Amra Shobai Ekhanay

Amra Shobai Ekhanay (We Are Here) was an exhibition celebrating Bangladeshi Independence day and Bangladeshi community in South Shields. The exhibition was collaboratively developed with the Srijoni Women's group and the Bangladeshi community.

Goodbye, Strangers was an exhibition of artworks by Scottish artist, Rebecca grant, at The Moving Gallery in Sunderland. Grant's work visualises the complexity of mortality through drawing and mixed-media works.

Create, Curate and Pizza was a series of life drawing and curation workshops, for young people aged 13-25, based at The Customs House in South Shields. These workshops culminated in a series of short exhibitions.

Escape velocity was an exhibition of artworks by Sunderland artist Helen Schell. These large-scale paintings discuss themes on current developments in space technology and exploration through Op-art inspired painting techniques.

Our Fragile Coexistence was a multimedia exhibition of artworks by Dale Hardy, Jo Howell, Natsumi Jones, Rachel Jefferson, and Abiodun Ogunforwora. This exhibition discussed our relationship with the environment and our affect on climate change.
